Reporting defects in your area
The quickest and most effective way to report potholes, damaged signs, or vegetation overgrowth in your area is using our Highways online reporting tool (HORT).
It is simple to use, just enter:
- A North Northamptonshire postcode
- Street name and area
- what3words location
- or an existing report number
The interactive map makes it easy to pinpoint the exact spot – and if it’s safe to do so – residents can take and upload a supporting photo.
Using HORT, you’ll be helping issues reach the right team faster, and help to create a safer and more reliable network.
If there is an emergency or an immediate danger to road users, please call: 0300 126 3000
