Love Food Kettering 3rd September 2023
The Mayor of Kettering’s food and culture celebration ‘Love Food’ is on Sunday September 3rd, 11-4pm at Wicksteed Park.
As part of the day there will be local street food traders, cooking demos, talks, workshops, free tasters, and live music and performances all day.
We have the highest quality Northamptonshire food traders attending, serving:
- “the best burgers in Northants”
- Traditional paella
- Indian street food
- Polish loaded baguettes
- Pulled pork baps and more from the ‘Bistro in a Bun’ menu
- Falafel and halloumi fries
- Pizza from the newly renovated Wicksteed Pizza Parlour
- Grilled tandoori chicken
- Crepes, waffles, ice cream and more.
We hope this will be an event to put Northamptonshire’s incredible food offerings on the map, and rival local food festivals such as Towcester Food Festival and the Foodies Festival in Oxford.
All funds raised on the day will go to two local Kettering charities, Accommodation Concern and Midland Langar Seva Society – these groups support the homeless and offer food parcels for vulnerable families respectively.
