Local Transport Plan (LTP) – Integrated Sustainability Appraisal

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking feedback on an Integrated Sustainability Appraisal (ISA) Scoping Report. The ISA’s role is to inform the developing Local Transport Plan and ensure that sustainability issues are addressed in a way which is appropriate to the purpose of the plan and in a way which takes account of local conditions.
