Reminder of essential works on A14 J9-10 – starting 27 March 2023

The Highways department will be carrying out essential drainage works on the A14 between Junction 9 and Junction 10; works will be carried out in both directions in separate phases.

Work is due to start 27 March 2023 and is scheduled for completion in June 2023.  The work will be carried out  Monday to Friday, 8pm until 6am, and will involve a full carriageway closure which includes slip roads.

During these closures fully signed diversion routes will be in place, but these routes do not include going through Great Addington.  If you see any HGV vehicles coming through the village try to take a photo of the vehicle including the number plate and let us know via email to clerk@greataddingtonparishcouncil.gov.uk
